High Pressure Levels and Low Flow Rate

Most conventional pressure washer equipment utilizes a combination of high pressure levels and high flow rates. This works well in areas with no water scarcity or disposal issues. In some industries (for example, marine cleaning and car detailing), however, high water consumption is not permitted. Even if you do manage to find an adequate water supply, you would face the problem of waste water disposal, particularly if use thousands of gallons of water for cleaning.

Keeping these problems in mind, Daimer® offers a range of low flow pressure washer equipment. These machines maintain moderately high pressure levels, sufficient for most commercial cleaning applications without damaging surfaces. To eliminate problems related to excess water consumption, Daimer®’s low flow pressure washer equipment has flow rates as low as 0.5 GPM. The Super Max™ 6120LM, with a pressure level as high as 1000 psi and flow rate of only 0.5 GPM, offers considerably higher water efficiency than ordinary pressure washing systems. This machine also features high steam temperature (300°F) for adequately removing algae, barnacles, grease, oil, and other dirt from boats and dockyards without using too much water. Thanks to its suitable pressure level, this pressure washer can be used for safely cleaning cars and boats.

Daimer® also sells pressure washer equipment specifically designed for the car wash industry. The Super Max™ 6120SCW and Super Max™ 6230SCW offer pressure levels of 1000 psi, temperatures as high as 300°F, and flow rates measuring 0.5 GPM. This machine may be used for removing frost, grease, dirt residue, and plant sap.
